Muskoka is about three hours south of us, and it is the one place on this list where your customer is not local. They are in Toronto on a Tuesday night deciding where to spend a weekend.
That changes what the work has to do. A resort, a marina, or a wedding venue here is selling the feeling of being somewhere else to somebody scrolling in a condo, so the footage carries the whole pitch. It has to make them want to be there.
Bracebridge, Huntsville, Gravenhurst, and the lakes between them are all one trip as far as our schedule is concerned. We book a run of days, move between properties, and leave with enough material to post through a full season.

- Do you do weddings and events at venues?
- Yes, both the venue's own marketing footage and coverage on the day. Those are two different jobs with two different shot lists, so tell us which one you need.
- Can you target Toronto customers specifically?
- That is the sensible way to spend the budget here. Paid social and search can be pointed at the GTA, and the creative gets built for someone who has never been to your property.
