Parry Sound is the closest of these to us, about two hours south on Highway 69. That makes it the easiest trip we make and the smallest travel line on any quote we write.

It is a small town with a summer that multiplies it. Georgian Bay brings boats, cottagers, and visitors who are only around for a few months, so anything you want them to see has to be shot, scheduled, and running before they show up.

There is no agency down the street here, which is usually why the phone rings. The realistic alternative is hiring out of Toronto and paying for someone to drive two and a half hours north, which is the same drive we make in less time and for less money.

What does travel cost to Parry Sound?
Less than anywhere else we go. It is a two hour drive, we do it and come home the same day, and the number is in the quote before you agree to anything.
Can you shoot on the water?
Yes, from a boat or from shore. If it is on your boat, we will want to talk through the conditions and the gear beforehand, because the bay decides some of this rather than we do.
We are only open in summer. Is that a problem?
No, it just moves the work. We shoot and build in the shoulder months so everything is ready when you open, then run the campaigns through your season.

Getting there

Two hours each way makes Parry Sound a same-day trip and the cheapest travel of anywhere outside Sudbury. It is also close enough that a second visit does not blow up the budget.
