- Both, and they are separate jobs with separate shot lists. A venue's own marketing film is built to book more weddings. Coverage on the day is built for the couple. Tell us which one you are buying.
- Can you make an empty property look alive?
- That is most of the skill in this work. Light, time of day, and staging do it. A beautiful empty room photographs as a beautiful empty room, which does not make anybody book.
- Is aerial footage worth it here?
- On the lakes, usually yes. It establishes where a property sits in a way that ground-level footage cannot, and location is a large part of what people are buying.
